For over 23 years, Leah Messina has been a pioneer at the intersection of marketing technology and business growth. As the CEO of Sinuate Media, she helps brands move beyond reactive tactics to build Organic Marketing™ systems—a proprietary framework she developed to turn digital engagement into predictable revenue.
Leah’s expertise is rooted in a “founder-first” perspective. She is the host of the Recipe to Revenue podcast, where she interviews industry leaders to uncover the systemic blueprints behind successful food and beverage brands.
A digital trailblazer, Leah’s career is marked by “firsts,” including launching the National Hockey League’s social media presence and sending the NHL’s inaugural tweet. She has guided established giants like GEICO, Black & Decker, and Sony Music, while simultaneously helping startups scale from signature concepts to e-commerce powerhouses.
Before founding Sinuate Media in 2006—a multiple “Best in Show” award-winning agency with offices in New York and New Mexico—Leah owned and successfully exited a portfolio of media properties, including the pioneering book community BookDivas.com.
Leah holds a BA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.

Jason Koenig
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer at Sinuate Media, Jason is the architect behind the systems that turn data-driven insights into predictable revenue. With over a decade of experience in business consultancy and economic development, Jason specializes in bridging the gap between high-level marketing strategy and operational execution.
Before joining Sinuate Media, Jason led the Entrepreneurship and Commercialization division at New Mexico State University’s Arrowhead Center, where he helped hundreds of new ventures build sustainable foundations. Today, he oversees Sinuate’s holistic approach to marketing analytics, ensuring that every campaign is supported by robust logistics, transparent reporting, and a scalable “operational engine.”

Joseph Sutton
Account Director | MarTech Lead
Joe brings 10+ years of cross-industry sales and marketing experience to the Sinuate Media team. As our Account Director and MarTech Lead, Joe oversees key accounts and spearheads our web-based and technology integration projects. As marketing trends evolve into streamlining business operations, systems integrations, and automation, he is especially adept at creating recommendations for the simplification of complex integrations, as well as troubleshooting processes to ensure integrations and automation are working as intended.
In addition to integrations and automation, Joe manages our efforts in Digital Campaign tracking, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and website compliance for GDPR, CCPA, and ADA. Joe has completed several campaigns related to customer acquisition, employee recruitment, donor outreach, and lead generation.

Zelda Deeds
Copywriter & SEO Content Specialist
Zelda, a multidisciplinary creative, brings nearly a decade of copywriting experience to the digital narratives she weaves for Sinuate Media’s clients. A background in design, marketing, and film works in conjunction with a keen eye for the future to ensure contemporary, optimized blogs, web copy, press releases, and more.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Media Arts from the University of New Mexico, receiving the department’s award for Creative and Critical Writing. She loves that she’s constantly learning new things and about a wide range of interesting topics. Trends and best practices for writing and search engine optimization are always evolving too, so there’s really never a dull moment.

Yoselin Terrazas
Marketing Coordinator
Yoselin Terrazas is a passionate marketing professional with a focus on advertising and social media management. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in Advertising and Social Media Management, earning recognition as a Crimson Scholar. As Marketing Coordinator at Sinuate Media, Yoselin plays a key role in content creation, managing the editorial calendar, and driving social media strategies that engage and grow the audience. She also collaborates across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and supports campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
With leadership experience in the American Marketing Association and a HubSpot certification in Social Media Management, Yoselin is focused on creating marketing initiatives that drive engagement and brand success.
